A little about the story

Jane Cameron has just graduated as a nurse when an exciting chance comes her way: a job as one of the first air stewardesses, in the days when airlines hired nurses to look after their passengers. Her first flights bring emergencies, demanding passengers and even an aerial duel.

It is a lively look at the glamorous early days of commercial flying, with a capable, level-headed heroine.
