A little about the story
Bob Layton and Joe Atwood are putting up a radio aerial in the June heat, and their passion for the new wireless takes them to the seaside at Ocean Point. There, their radio skills turn out to matter: a ship is in trouble, and only a message over the air can save her.
Written in the first great radio craze of the early 1920s, the Radio Boys books were full of practical radio information.
