A little about the story
Bob Dexter would rather read a detective story than go to the ball game, and he soon has a real mystery on his hands. A brass-bound box containing the directions to hidden wealth has been stolen, and the trail leads to Storm Mountain and a lonely log cabin.
With his chums Harry Pierce and Ned Fuller, Bob follows clues, maps and suspicious strangers, and works out the truth by careful reasoning. A fun, old-fashioned boy-detective story.
