A little about the story
Roy Blakeley, leader of the Silver Fox Patrol, tells his own story in his own breezy, joking voice, despite constant interruptions from Pee-wee Harris, the smallest and loudest scout in the troop.
There are hikes, a mystery to track down, a sinking feeling in a bog and plenty of scout-camp fun. Percy Keese Fitzhugh's Roy Blakeley books were hugely popular, and Roy's comic narration still makes them fun to read.
