A little about the story
Pinocchio has become a real boy, and he has discovered he has a heart. But the First World War is raging, and the former puppet sets off to join in, with all his old mischief and some new courage.
Written by the nephew of Carlo Collodi, this sequel takes Pinocchio into a world of kings, soldiers and battlefields. It is funny, odd and a little unsettling, a very different Pinocchio story from a very different time.
