A little about the story
Jimsy is an orphan from the city who is sent to spend Christmas with a prim New England couple who have never had a child in the house. With his bright smile, his fights with the boy next door and his talent for turning everything upside down, he invades their quiet home.
Leona Dalrymple's short Christmas story is funny and touching, and it shows how one small boy can thaw even the stiffest hearts.
